Holistic Movement, Breathing & Lifestyle Integration
A structured, assessment-driven coaching approach focusing on integrated movement, functional core & back conditioning, stress load, recovery, nutrition, sleep and lifestyle alignment — grounded in the Chek Principles.
Assessing, not guessing — clarity creates change.
My work is built on a holistic approach to the human system, integrating movement, breathing, and lifestyle-related factors.
This approach is continuously developed and refined through ongoing education, currently guided by the principles of Paul Chek, with a focus on integrative movement, lifestyle awareness, and sustainable health practices.
This website provides an overview of my current professional focus and the principles that guide my work.
The coaching process begins with a structured assessment of movement, breathing and daily load — forming the foundation for individualized coaching
Approach
Chek Lifestyle and Movement Coaching views the human being as an integrated system, where integrated movement, posture, breathing, stress load, recovery and lifestyle factors continuously influence one another.
Key aspects of this approach include:
- Integrative movement including task-specific and isolated exercises used appropriately based on assessment
- Breathing as a regulator of the nervous system
- Consideration of stress, recovery, and daily load
- Lifestyle factors such as sleep, rhythm, and habitual patterns
- Observation of core functionality as a basis for further direction
Before any direction is set, emphasis is placed on assessment and observation, allowing structure and progression to develop in response to individual context.
Professional Development
My work is informed by continuous professional education and evidence-informed training approaches, including:
- Scientific Core & Back Conditioning
- Holistic Lifestyle Coaching (Chek Principles)
- Oxygen Advantage® Breathwork
- Ongoing education in functional movement, load management and stress regulation
It is currently being deepened through holistic education guided by the principles of Paul Chek.
This education emphasizes:
- understanding the body as an interconnected system
- the role of fundamental movement and core function
- individualized assessment rather than standardized protocols
Insights from this ongoing education inform how sessions are structured and how functional patterns are observed and evaluated.

Based on this approach, the coaching is clearly defined in scope and structure.
Scientific Core & Back Conditioning
A central element of the work is a scientifically informed approach to core and back training.
Rather than relying solely on generic routines or pre-set programs, the focus is on movement quality, load management and progressive adaptation.
Core and back training are approached as part of the whole system:
- posture and movement patterns
- breathing mechanics
- coordination and load tolerance
- stress load and recovery capacity
- daily movement habits
Isolated exercises as well as integrated movement patterns are used deliberately, based on assessment findings and adapted over time.
This creates structure, clarity and progression — instead of random or symptom-focused training.
The goal is not quick fixes, but sustainable strength, stability and movement confidence within daily life.

When there is alignment and clarity around context and intention, individual sessions may be possible. The starting point is always a conversation to understand whether and how working together would be appropriate.
